END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Important - Please read carefully before installing the Software.

NOTICE: By downloading, clicking "I AGREE", installing, using or copying the Licensed Software, You accept the terms of this End User License Agreement.
If you do not understand and accept all of the following terms and conditions or if you do not accept this Agreement, then you must not download, install, use or copy the Licensed Software.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. "End User License Agreement" and/or "Agreement" and/or "EULA" shall mean this document and all other documents incorporated by reference.
1.2. "Licensee" and/or "The User" and/or "You" and/or "Your" shall mean the individual or legal entity exercising rights under, and complying with all of the terms of, this Agreement.
1.3. "Software" and/or "Licensed Software" shall mean the ThinkComposer software product, related documentation, multimedia and any updates thereto. This excludes any third party software component used.
1.4. "Instrumind" and/or "Instrumind Software" shall mean Instrumind Software S.p.A.

2. LICENSE
2.1. The Software is licensed and not sold.
2.2. Instrumind Software S.p.A., subject to the terms of this Agreement, hereby grants You a perpetual, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software, in object code form, solely for the purpose of fulfilling you personal or business needs.
2.3. The Software is licensed with one of the following license Types depending on the usage purpose:
(a) Commercial: The Software will be used for profit either in a company/organization or by a person on their paid job.
(b) Non-Commercial: The Software will be used in non-profit organizations and by persons out of their paid job.
2.4. The Software is licensed with one of the following Editions: Free, Standard, Professional and Ultimate; which provide from basic to unlimited feature and capacity sets.
2.5. Each combination of license Types and Editions have a different price, which is properly stated in the Instrumind website, and You declare to know them at the moment of purchase.
2.6. You can use the Software, free of any charge, for an initial evaluation period of 30 days.
2.7. You should successfully test the Software product in your target computer(s), during the evaluation period, in order to ensure it runs without problems.
2.8. If during the evaluation period the Software product has problems, crashes or not runs on your target computer(s), you should not buy the software.
2.9. After the end of the evaluation period, the Software will reduce its functionality by converting into a Free edition for Non-Commercial use.
2.10. The Free edition can be used free of charges for non-commercial purposes only.
2.11. All other combinations of usage purpose and edition types requires You to purchase a license key.
2.12. After purchasing a license key, Instrumind software will send you, either directly on its website or via e-mail or via its authorized reseller, a valid license key code in the form of a file or a text sequence.
2.13. You must register your copy and enter your license key into the Software to continue using it and unlock the features corresponding to the license Type and Edition you purchased.
2.14. This software product is copyrighted by Instrumind Software S.p.A., except the components listed in the "Acknowledgement of third party components" section of this document.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge and agree that You shall not do any of the following activities:
3.1. Sell, rent, sublicense or charge in any way for the use of the Software.
3.2. Change the Software, including its program, libraries, documents, images and other of its files.
3.3. Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
3.4. Remove or change any copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property notices of the Software.
3.5. Create derivative works from the Software or its documentation.
3.6. Use the Software, directly or indirectly, for life support or safety critical applications.
3.7. Use the Software, directly or indirectly, for illegal activities.
3.8. Use the evaluation edition of the Software beyond its allowed evaluation period.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
4.1. This Software product is provided "AS IS", without explicit or implied warranties of any kind.
4.2. The entire risk arising out of the use of the Software or documentation remains with You.
4.3. In no event shall Instrumind Software S.p.A. or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any consequential, incidental, direct, special, punitive or other damages whatsoever.
4.4. Instrumind Software S.p.A.'s liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Licensed Software or this Agreement shall not exceed the amounts paid to Instrumind Software S.p.A. by Licensee for Licensed Software that gave rise to such claim.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS
This software product uses the following third party components:
5.1 "Silk" icons library, by Mark James.
5.2. "Silk Companion" icons library extension, by Damien Guard.
5.3. "Venus Rising" font, by Ray Larabie.
5.4. "voxBOX" font, by Iconian Fonts.
5.5. "DotLiquid" library, by Formosatek Ltd and contributors. Used under the MS-PL license (see the "DotLiquid.LICENSE.txt" file).
5.6. "Avalon Edit" control, by Daniel Grunwald. Used under the GNU LGPL license (see the "AvalonEdit.LICENSE.txt" file).

6. OTHER
6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
6.2. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties.
6.3. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Chile, including the applicable international treaties in force.
